Pixel Swing ("the game") is an arcade game published by Viaduct Games (www.viaductgames.co.uk). This policy explains what the game does and does not do with information.

Information we collect

The game itself does not collect, sell or share any personal information, and has no accounts, sign-ins or analytics. The game shows ads, provided by Google AdMob; see Advertising below for what that involves.

Advertising

Pixel Swing shows ads using Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, AdMob and its partners may collect your advertising ID and other device and app information, and may use this to show ads based on your interests. This collection and use is governed by Google's Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy) and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services (policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites).

You can limit ad personalisation, or opt out of personalised ads entirely, in your device's ad settings (on Android: Settings > Privacy > Ads, or the Google Settings app > Ads).

Information stored on your device

The game saves a small settings file on your device only. It contains your best distance, whether music, sound effects and vibration are turned on or off, and which tutorial hints you have already seen. This file never leaves your device. Uninstalling the game or clearing its data deletes it.

Permissions

The game asks for: Vibrate, to make the phone vibrate for game feedback (you can turn vibration off in the game with the phone button on the title screen); and Internet access and network state, required by Google AdMob to request and show ads. The game does not request location, contacts, camera, microphone, storage or any other permission.

Children

Pixel Swing is not directed at children. Ads shown in the game use a general audience content rating, and the game does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at the same address with a new "last updated" date.
