About this policy

This policy explains how Viaduct Games handles information in Orbit Escape and when you contact us about the game. Contact: support@viaductgames.co.uk.

Playing the game

Orbit Escape works offline and does not send gameplay or personal information to Viaduct Games. It has no account registration, advertising, in-app purchases, analytics or tracking SDKs. We do not collect or share personal data through gameplay.

Information stored on your device

The game saves your scores, distance records, Daily Orbit attempts and unfinished Daily flight, tutorial status, and sound, motion, text-size and haptic preferences on your device. These records do not contain a name, email address or advertising identifier. They are used to provide the game and remember your choices. Daily flights can be resumed during the same UTC day. No cloud-save service is provided.

Deleting local records

Records stay on your device until you clear Orbit Escape's app storage in Android Settings or uninstall the game. Clearing storage removes your progress and preferences. Viaduct Games cannot access or restore these records remotely.

Permissions

Optional haptic feedback uses your device's vibration capability. The game does not request access to your location, contacts, camera, microphone or shared files. The release game does not request Internet access.

Support messages

If you choose to email us, we receive your email address and the information you include. We use these details to respond to your request and resolve support issues. Our email service provider processes these messages to deliver and store them. Please do not send passwords or other unnecessary sensitive information. Support correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle the request and meet applicable obligations. You can contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of your support information.

External services

Opening our website or sending a support email uses your browser or email app. Those services may process information under their own privacy policies. Google Play and Android may process store, installation or diagnostic information under Google's policies; this policy describes the game and our support handling.

Children

The game does not collect personal information through gameplay, including from children. If a child contacts support, a parent or guardian can contact us about removal of the information provided.
